Whatever your fitness level may be, our one-on-one personal training provides you with the opportunity to work in a private gym where you will receive guidance, accountability, and motivation to reach your personal fitness goals.

How does it work?

  • Initial 1-1 client and trainer meeting and physique assessment

  • Weekly 30-minute to one hour training sessions in a 1,500 square foot private facility

  • Personal tracking sheet to record your fitness improvements and growth

  • Customized nutrition plans to meet health goals
